BLITZEN #A2060231 Let's get Blitzen outta here! He's so ready! Blitzen is an affectionate 2 year old boy who can't wait to wiggle his way into your heart! He came to the shelter back in November with a broken leg after being hit by a car. Thankfully, it takes more than that to dampen his spirits! Blitzen loves playing ball and has proven himself to be a big lap dog. During an overnight foster for vet visits he did great in the car, adjusted quickly to sleeping in a crate and didn't have any accidents. He has warmed up quickly to everyone he's met and is ready to find a forever home of his own. Blitzen's leg has been healing well with kennel rest and and he's been cleared by outside vets to start physical therapy. Volunteers have raised the funds for his rehab at LAASER-now he just needs to find his person to complete this journey with him! Visit the shelter to adopt! OPEN TO THE PUBLIC Tues and Thurs 8-5; Sat & Sun 11-5. Appts available Wed & Fridays.
