Clifford has been in and out of a local NC shelter after being neglected and mistreated by previous owner. He was in foster care for 7 mos and had to be returned to the shelter. Currently Clifford is in dire need of a long term foster or adopter. He is living in a crate and is outdoors much of the time. We need immediate placement for him.
