Handsome Copper has been discarded by his owners. Taken in as a kitten approximately 3 to 4 years ago, Copper has been put outside since his owners adopted a new kitten and Copper was fussy with the kitten. He is now being fed by a neighbor who plans to take him to a shelter where he will likely be euthanized. The neighbor reports that Copper is super sweet and affectionate, allows her to pet him and pick him up but guards the food she places outside for her ferals and therefore must go. Copper has been neutered and vaccinated and stayed inside for a few days with a rescuer following his vetting. He was the perfect gentlemen during his inside stay, using the litter box, minding his manners, welcoming affection and enjoying the comforts of indoor living. How sad this beautiful boy must be, to have had a home, to think he has a new home and to once again find himself outside and unwanted. This great guy deserves a warm place to land. If you are interested in being the regal gents human, please feel feee to contact me. I do when possible like to receive a vet reference from potential adopters.
