He's a smart boy that loves to play with other dog friends and lives to explore the backyard and chase the garbage truck with his human foster brother. Anders is sweet and affectionate and will benefit from a home that can provide structure and routine. Another dog that is playful yet passive (and preferably female) would be a bonus for him.
