Sissy came from a hoarder situation with no socialization with humans. She still has a fear of being touched so therefore the assumption is that there was also abuse in that situation. She has been in foster care for some time. She is great in the house, goes out to go potty, wags her tail and acts really happy. But when you go to touch her, she cowers and runs! So sad when the trust and bond between an animal and the human has been challenged. This cutie would do great with a one on one situation as there are multiple dogs at the foster and she needs more individual attention. She is sweet and has never offered to bite. She is energetic and likes to run and play with other dogs. She can really run fast! She would need a secure yard and time to play. She only weighs about 30 pounds which is a nice size to handle. Patience, TLC, and time in training will create an amazing and adorable friend for the person willing to invest the time.
