About Willa

https://photos.app.goo.gl/jKX2XK6nrZxaWKJ2A Willa was adopted from the SPCA in May 2022. She is a very sweet and affectionate puppy. She loves other dogs, loves kids, and loves all people. However, I would recommend that she go to a home where she will be the only dog, because she needs/wants ALL of the attention. She instigates trouble with my other dogs, and encourages them to join into the 'fun' with her. She has figured out that she gets attention when she makes a mess. She also wants to play and will nip at my older dog to try to get her to play, which drives my older dog crazy. My older dog has started barking and snapping at her, and I'm worried that Willa will eventually get hurt. She is fully house-trained, but will have #2 accidents in the house when I'm distracted, and I believe this is to get our attention. She is very treat-motivated and very loving. She loves to snuggle on the sofa with us, and although she is crate trained and will sleep in her crate, she much prefers to sleep with my daughter. My family is very sad to give her up, but we've decided that ultimately Willa will be happier and healthier with someone who enjoys her high energy and has the time to devote a lot of attention to her. She's so smart; she would be fun to train to perform tricks.
