Meet Scruffy, verdict is out on what breed he is, as we've never seen another dog that looks like him. As you can see from the pictures his former life must have full of neglect and there are places he's still growing hair back. He is 61lbs and we think he is maybe a little over two years old, sweetest disposition ever, plays great with other dogs ( has never been exposed to cats) He is extremely clownish and fun loving and only wants to please.
