This is Mickey and he is not doing well at North Central Shelter - which is why he's listed as 'Urgent.' The eight-year-old, gray and white, 60-pounder was surrendered for 'NO TIME.'Mickey is a shy guy, unsure and uncertain how he ended up at the noisy, over-crowded Shelter. He allows gentle pets, accepts treats gently and slowly warms up. But he's reluctant to go back to his cold, lonely kennel.
