About Ralph

Ralph is a loving 9-year old cat who would be great for a first-time cat owner or someone looking for a low-maintenance pet. Why RescueMe: I got Ralph 2.5 years ago via RescueMe and have loved come home to him so much in the past few years. However, I am doing some long-term travel and moving starting in January 2023 and want him to find a stable home instead of being moved from place to place. The most important thing to me is that Ralph is loved, cared for, and comfortable in his new home. About Ralph: Ralph loves to nap on fuzzy blankets, eat wet food, play with feathers, shove his face in catnip, receive head scratches, and cuddle on your chest while you're watching TV. He isn't afraid of strangers and will become your instant friend if you have a treat. Most of the time you can find him stretched out on the carpet, curled up in a cozy couch corner, or meowing for food (even if he has just been fed). He is able to be home by himself for a few days with an automated feeder. He tolerates leash walks, costumes, and belly rubs. His previous family had kids, so he is good with children. Considerations: Ralph was previously rehomed because he didn't get along with the other male cat in the house. Other animals stress him out, so he would do better as the only animal in the home. He has had some issues peeing inappropriately on bath mats, but that is remediated through having 2 litter boxes in the home. Ralph has seen the vet regularly in the past 2 years and is healthy given his age. I will provide vet records, a background care document, and all his current toys, litter boxes, scratching post, food, enzyme cleaners, etc to make sure he (and your) are as comfortable as possible.
