About lizzie

It's mind boggling why sweet Lizzie doesn't have a forever home yet!!! She is the perfect girl!!!! This is what Lizzie's foster mom says about her: 'Lizzie is most perfect house dog. Loves to play with other dogs. Not food aggressive. Is loving and Miss Personality! Sweet and wonderful' Lizzie is a people loving girl! She arrived at the shelter after an uninvited but happy visit to our local library. She was completely thrilled that she found a cool place with lots of new people to meet. Staff said she was a good girl and didn't cause any problems during her stay. They were hoping that she would be reunited with her owner at the shelter but nobody showed up to claim her. We find that hard to believe because she is so loving. She walks well on a leash. She does have some energy to burn, so an active family or a fenced yard where she could run would be best.
