About Raleigh

Adopt Raleigh! Raleigh is available through CMPD Animal Care and Control. -He is a mixed breed: 20% American Pit Bull Terrier, 16% Chow Chow, 14% Australian Cattle Dog, + 17 other breeds! 62lbs 7+ years old. Loves going for walks. Enjoys toys, especially balls. House trained. Independent. Food motivated. Calm on car rides. Loves basking in the sun No other dogs as he 'herds' them and dislikes high energy. Unknown about kids, cats or other small pets Raleigh is not much of a cuddler. He takes his time trusting people but once he does, he will come up to you for body rubs and scratches! When you come home from work, he will be waiting to greet you! He is loyal and protective of his home. He does not bark unless he hears something outside of the house. He has environmental allergies and will likely need to be on some sort of allergy treatment for life.
