About MIghty Max

Hi! I'm Mighty Max! I am about 8 years old and 45 lb., and I am having a blast at my first foster home! A warm bed, other dogs to snuggle with and go on short walks with, and people who love to rub my chest - oooooo, I like that! Noises don't bother me; this could be because I am deaf, but I am very smart, and my foster mom taught me a few hand signals. Did I mention I am a fast learner? I am highly food motivated - mmmmm, treats are really yummy. I have only been on short walks because I had to have some surgery when I got here, so I've only been around the block so far, but it's been fine. OH! I love to play with a ball. My foster mom keeps saying 'Drop it,' and I have no idea what she wants me to do, so I just keep chewing on it. Maybe soon she can help me understand what that means. In the meantime, I do what I am pretty sure I am supposed to: keep chomping on it. My foster mom says I am lovable and sweet, and I always believe what she tells me because she is right.
