About Jackson

Our sweet tripod Jackson, who everyone knows has had a rough go at it the last 6 months of his life going from being on the euthanasia list and rescue only because he was shot by some cruel sub human, with a shotgun that shattered his leg so bad his surgery was a rough one and the first two weeks of his recovery he spent that at friendship when he acquired an antibiotic resistant infection because his surgery site was massive. He's also been treated for heartworms and horrific skin condition. But through all of that he is still the sweetest most forgiving dog ever! Jackson would love to be an only dog, but he gets along with others properly introduced, he coexists with the puppies and all the other dogs up here at the storefront. He would not do well in a home with another big male or any dogs getting up in his face, he is very chilled and likes to be left alone. Cats are a definite no, I would also say no little dogs even though he's best buddies with Colt. Jack is here at the storefront recovering and is now ready to go to his new family.
