About Sugar

This cute lady is Sugar! She was found as a stray by Dayton PD and brought to us to find her a forever home! Sugar is a happy, silly, and active girl! She gets so excited to see you that her whole body wiggles! She LOVES people and getting lots of attention! She loves getting back scratches and belly rubs. She has plenty of energy to go on walks, hikes, or spend time playing with toys in the yard. She can be talkative when she wants your attention and will give you big, sloppy kisses in return. She would do best in a home as your one and only pet. She may do best in a home without young children as she still has some manners to learn. She will benefit from some training skills once in her new home. If you think Sugar would be a great dog for you, fill out and send in an adoption application so our staff can review it, and if approved, we will contact you about setting up a time to meet her!
