Sumo Home Needed - Long Island, NY Meet Sumo This gigantic mush of a dog is a 6yr old, 105lb Saint Bernard and he is looking for his forever home. He came into the shelter as an owner surrender due to a move. As you can see in the progression of the pics below from shelter to foster home, he is much happier when he's around people. He is very smart and very loving. He will easily attach and bond to his person. He is fully vetted, neutered microchipped and UTD on all. Prior Saint Bernard experience is very important and big dog experience is a must. Due to his size, no children under the age of 15yrs, but he did very well with the 11 y/o from his original home. He also tolerated the resident cat, but is fearful of other dogs. A low traffic home where he could be the only dog would be best for our boy. A fenced in yard a must.
