About Betty

Betty is a sweetheart who has been through a lot and spent much of her young life on the street being cared for by a homeless woman. She had at least two litters of puppies during that time. She is very friendly, affectionate, and loves to just hang out and sit with her person and give kisses. She's good with most dogs but tends to have a dominant personality so she will do best with dogs that are submissive towards her. She is initially unsure of men but will quickly come around with some patience and guidance. Betty is six years old, 58 pounds, heartworm negative and on flea, tick, and heartworm prevention. Betty has been in a boarding facility for too long and deserves to know what it's like to be in a loving home with kind humans!She is a favorite of our rescuer's founder because she's such a sweet, affectionate, well behaved girl! Betty's adoption fee has been sponsored by a supporter of our rescue in the hopes of finding her a forever home so there is no adoption fee.
