Cash came to Crusty Crew in desperate need of undoing years of neglect. A wonderful person found him eating food out of a bag in the middle of a busy street in the Los Angeles area, followed him home & got owners to agree to surrender him. Owners told the finder that Cash would cross the busy street he was found on every day to go the homeless encampment to look for food. (Owners claimed he was being taken care of & fed regularly even though he would scavenge for food daily & was in such bad shape)!?!?! ? He was taken to our vet for treatment for his skin, exposed roots in his mouth, & multiple teeth extractions as well as a dental. He's since healed up wonderfully but sadly due to the years of neglect, will not be able to grow fur back in areas of his body. Cash has very sensitive skin & will require regular allergy shots. He is dog friendly, shares a home with cats, can be independent & would do well in a home with other furkids or as an only furkid. Due to the years of living outdoors he enjoys a good leg lift so a belly band will be required while indoors. Cash is 10 years old, neutered, current on vaccinations, microchipped, crate trained & loves a good head scratch but does enjoy his alone time to nap the day away!
