About Millie

Millie is a sweet girl. She is approximately 6 years old and weighs 5 lbs. Millie girl is heart worm negative and up to date on her vaccines. She is fixed. She had a rough start in this world. My husband rescued her while she was being treated very poorly by a male, who we believe was her original owner. She has been with us for the 6 years of her life. After rescuing her, we immediately took her to the vet and they said she was less than 6 weeks, at the time. Upon rescue, she immediately took to me (a female). Because of the cruel man she was taken from, she can be nervous around men but never bites. She prefers if you crouch down to greet her. Once she warms up to you, she loves to cuddle! She hasn't had a problem around other dogs or children, unless they are hyper and in her face. Older children or animals wouldn't cause a problem for Millie. We are looking to rehome sweet millie because our infant son has had some challenging medical issues and we are often out of town for his appointments. I'd like Millie to have a stable home!
