About Stevie

We have a dog who we are needing to find a home for. We took this dog in for a family whose relative passed away unexpectedly (the dog's owner) and we are trying to find the right home for him. The information we got from the family is that his name is Stevie, he is a lab mix, 5 years old, neutered, house and crate trained, potty trained, good with children, other animals, and loves to cuddle. They also said he is a chill and quiet dog but with all of the recent changes that he is enduring, he has been a bit more vocal for us and barks when he is separated from us. This is to be expected but should mellow out with time, once he has a stable home again. We have only had him for about 24 hours but we think he would do best with an active family or with a family who has another dog to play with and space to roam. He gets along great with our dog and 2 year old son. The family did say he did well with cats when he was younger so they believe he would still be fine with them. We have his crate, along with his bedding, and leash. He is a VERY sweet dog! Please help Stevie find his new home!! We are only able to keep him until Saturday (10/1/2022), then we will have to take him to the humane society. We live in Albany, OR.
