About Akita

Akita is a 1 year old Husky mix who came into the shelter as a stray on 9/6/22. He weighs 32 lbs. Akita always prances and never walks. Why? Because he's handsome and he knows it! He's a very confident boy who loves reaffirming that by getting attention and complements. Even better is when he gets treats. He LOVES treats and is very motivated by them. He doesn't seem to know any tricks yet, but he's a very smart boy so we're sure he'd pick them up quickly. Akita is young at heart and still considers himself a puppy somewhat. He has lots of puppy like energy and dorkiness. He's prone to the zoomies and always ready to play.
