About Harper

This incredibly handsome big guy kitty man is Harper, an age estimated four year old kitty man who will be five in January of 2023. Harper is neutered, rabies and distemper vaccination and has tested negative for both feline leukemia and feline immunodeficiency virus. His left ear was cropped when he was vetted to indicate that he was fixed in the event his finder releasedhim. Tipping the scale at just under twenty pounds, this sturdily built guy appears to be a Maine Coon/Domestic Mix. Three years ago, down on his luck, bedraggled and covered in ice sickles Harper arrived at his finder's house seeking shelter. He has been with her since then loving life on the inside and all of the other perks that come with being an indoorser. Sadly his Mom has recently experienced some health issues including seizures which has resulted in her hospitalization, she is concerned for her rescue crew which includes Harper and has requested my assistance in placing a number of her beloved kitties. An absolute dream Harper quickly engaged with me when I met him for the first time on September 21st. Within minutes we were best buddies as he leaned into me offering head butts and happily pirouetted around me as I sat on the floor curling and floofing his fluffy tail as he preened on his tip toes. He then initiated his non stop purring. Harper has lived with multiple other rescue kitties and two small yappy dogs. He craves attention and will test your petting abilities as he gazes up at you lovingly with his big round eyes. If this gregarious gentleman strikes your fancy please feel free to reach out to me.
