Frank came to us from the Nogales AZ shelter where he was at risk due to overcrowding. As typical for his breed he is definitely a 'talker' but loves everyone he and is pretty easy going. He is 33 lbs (could stand to gain a few) and is estimated 2-3 years. He is leash trained, crate trained and doing well with the potty routine in his foster home. No apartments!
