About Barney

**PHOENIX METRO AREA ONLY** REQUIREMENTS: Younger, active owner(s) willing to give him lots of exercise and also willing to do basic obedience training. He is still very much a puppy! He is very strong and his new owner(s) must be able to handle him without risk of falling or being pulled over when walking him. He MUST have a secure fenced yard. BIO: Barney is an 11-month-old, 30-pound, Schnauzer mix boy. He is a happy puppy who loves to play with toys and is willing to play with any dog who will take him up on the offer! Barney was rescued from the county shelter. Barney is a very strong boy who is very much a puppy and will require a home where his new owners will take the time to teach him some proper doggie manners. Barney is very adventurous and always looking for action! He is smart, eager to learn and wants to please his humans. He will make a loyal, playful family companion. He will do well with a family or active adult home where at least one person is home some of the time. Any children in the home should be at least 12 years of age and of a kind, gentle and respectful nature. Barney is vaccinated, neutered and microchipped and will go to his new home with a collar, harness and leash. His adoption fee is $360.00.
