About Rusty

My name is Rusty. My person passed away a few months ago so I'm looking for a new home. I'm a youthful 10-year-old, neutered male Pembroke Welsh Corgi. I like to spend time in the yard playing ball, so my new home needs an outdoor area to play in. I haven't lived with children, so likely would be best in a home with adults (maybe older kids). My new family will need to keep me fit. I've been on a diet and exercise program and am looking and feeling great. I'm pretty good with other dogs, but would prefer a home where I'm an only dog. I haven't lived with cats, but have been exposed to them in foster care. I might be able to live with a dog-savvy cat. I'm neutered, microchipped, current on my vaccinations, and had senior labs that 'checked out great.' I also had an anesthetic dental in 2021 and have received quality vet care throughout my life. I sleep in my crate, am housetrained, and am well mannered. I'm ready to go, when the right match comes along. My new home needs to be in Southern California.
