Cleo is a very sweet 10 month old puppy whose owner is having unexpected life changes. He is devastated to give her up because she is such a good dog. She is friendly, listens well and is crate trained and potty trained. He is getting desperate and might take her to animal control. Please help! If you can foster for 8 - 10 weeks that would help while we work on adoption up north.
