About Rosa

Rosa is a lovely 1-year-old black cat. She came to us as a stray, very pregnant. The day after she was taken in she delivered 4 beautiful tortoiseshell kittens! She was still a kitten herself at the time. Rosa took a while to learn how to be a mom but did a great job with her babies. They are now weaned and Rosa has been spayed and is ready for her permanent, loving home. She is sweet and affectionate, and does well with the other cats in the foster home. When stressed though, she does tend to have chronic upper respiratory symptoms with sneezing and runny eyes, easily remedied with antibiotics. A quiet home would be ideal for her. She will only be adopted as an indoor family pet. Rosa has been spayed, has tested negative for fe-leuk/FIV, has been dewormed and is up to date on all her shots.
