About Pippie

A special adopter! Pippie is a gorgeous 6 pound, 12 year old Papillon who has either some brain damage or PTSD since her moods fluctuate dramatically. One moment she is loving and sweet, another moment wild eyed and snapping. This is not a lap dog. Pippie loves the safety of her 'cave' crate and decides when she wants affection. She loves other dogs but can be bossy so a submissive companion would be best. She must have a fenced yard because she cannot be leashed. This little gal needs a very special household that will understand her PTSD and her limitations.
