Carmel is the color of caramel. She is good with puppies, but was abused as one and has been unsocialized with other dogs. She does do well with puppies. When introducing her to new people it has to be slow and one at a time. She will growl and bark in fear. Once she gets to know someone she is always giving kisses, jumping on laps, wanting belly rubs. She hates baths but enjoys being sprayed down with a hose. She loves playing with ropes and tennis balls. When my kids lay on the ground/floor she slobbers all over them. She does not get along well with men as they are the ones who abused her, but if introduced slowly over time she does warm up. She does bark and growl at strangers. The vets do advise a fish based diet for her breed.
