About YETI

***NEEDS FOSTER or FUREVER HOME*** Currently in Jerome boarding kennels. YETI is a 1.5-year-old very sweet malamute-husky dog who loves people. His time with a foster family showed that he bonds quickly. He seems good with other dogs, but he definitely is the alpha in all situations. YETI may need work on leash training as he enjoys running free. He is a talker and likes to make noise. YETI will need lots of enrichment to prevent him from getting bored and displaying destructive behavior (e.g., chewing through leashes). YETI is a strong and stout pup. He still jumps up a little bit on people, but when you tell him to get down he responds well. YETI is looking for an active home that could include young kids (he is very calm with them) or other dogs, but no cats (he will attack them). Because of his instincts, a secure yard is a must. YETI's adoption comes with health vaccines, rabies vaccine, neuter, and microchip.
