About Buster

Meet Buster, a charismatic and adorable 4-year-old, 65 lb. pit mix with the biggest smile and non-stop wagging tail. Sadly, this sweet pup was found abandoned before ending up at Danbury Animal Control pound in October 2021 where he has been there ever since. His history is a mystery but he is extremely friendly and sweet with everyone he meets. Buster is your typical goofy and clumsy bigheaded pittie. He loves everyone and is determined to be your BFF where he will spoil you with endless hugs and kisses. He is a high energy boy who loves nothing more than running outside, playing with any toy he can get his paws on, going on long walks, and will never say no to a game of fetch or ball. While he has not been formally dog tested, Buster appears to be good with other pups. Cats are unknown and due to his exuberance would do best with older children 10+. Buster must go to a home with a fenced yard and will need an adopter willing to train him so he can learn how to walk on leash and be the best pup he can be!
