I adopted Kaya recently from a rescuer. She was unable to meet my sons age 6 and 8 for 1 week as they were at their grandparents. She grew very attached to me. Once they got home she has given my sons a few growls. Up to that point Kaya had been a WONDERFUL dog. A great guard dog and she had met more children than I could count. As an experienced Doberman owner I have and continue to spend alot of time working with Kaya. She is doing really well. She gets at minimum 2 long walks per day and she is perfectly housebroken. At home she is as quiet as a ghost. A great dog who will only go to the perfect home where she will continue to get the care and life she deserves.
