About GORDON

GORDON is a stray cattle dog that has been in an alabama shelter for a while.. Its his turn for a forever home!! Experienced cattle dog folk would be a bonus with this guy.. He is young maybe around 2 or so. He smiles for the camera!!! Please note that Gordon has been tested wtih other dogs.. He does well with SUBMISSIVE MALES, and fine with females.. He does not do well with dominant males and will challenge them. He does great with people, kids as always OLDER kids with cattle dogs. And we do stay away from cats as a rule unless you are very experienced with introductions of both. Know your dog before applying for this boy. We had him posted before and took him off due to his challenges with other males. However he has been neutered at the shelter and that seems to have softened him somewhat. He has been retested and cleared as stated above . Fully vetted except for a chip, which we provide. We are seeking a COMMITTED foster or foster to adopt, that can provide him with a great loving home or foster until he gets one!!
