She is not a bad dog, suffering from long periods of confinement with limited opportunities for out-of-kennel time to exercise and play. She just needs out of this noisy, chaotic place!! STEPH: #A4730829 Steph is a 4-yr-old, spayed, white and brindle Greyhound/American Pit Bull Terrier (54 lbs.). (Shelter has her as a pitbull, but she looks like she has some greyhound in her, she has a longer nose and body like one, my opinion.) Dog friendly. Steph is a friendly girl that likes to be petted and will lean into get more. She knows 'sit' and 'shake' and takes treats gently. Steph has had no reaction to other dog passing by. She has been easy to leash and return to her kennel and walks well on-leash. Because she can be a little shy at times, the shelter is requiring that children in the home be 12+. Come meet her today! She's a volunteer favorite. PLEASE REMEMBER!! All these dogs have been living in a high-stress environment and will need time to de-stress and relax!! They will benefit from a predictable routine as well as ample exercise and time to play. Unless noted above that there is an only dog requirement, it is possible that with a SLOW INTRODCTION, any could live with another dog.
