About Ruby

Friends of Salina Animal Shelter - Salina, KS 4h �� Update! Ruby is still at the shelter! Now that she's been here awhile volunteers are confident that Ruby IS in fact housetrained or mostly so. She tries hard to keep here kennel clean and always goes potty when taken out. It's so hard for us to understand why she is still here. Please help us find this gentle soul a home! RUBY This grand old gal is a 10 yr old pedigreed Irish Terrier. Ruby was surrendered when her owner had to go to a nursing home. Dear Ruby just takes life in stride. She is gentle and friendly with people and other dogs and tolerates cats well. She likes to be outside and walks well on a leash though her favorite thing is napping on her bed. Be prepared to be impressed because Ruby is the proud holder of a canine citizenship certificate! Ruby also requires daily eye drops to control a chronic dry eye condition, Does Ruby sound like a great fit for you? Call Salina Animal Services for an appointment to meet this sweet girl!
