About BAILEY

Bailey is a German Shorthaired Pointer / Weimeraner mix. We believe she is mostly German Shorthaired Pointer as someone intentionally docked her tail which is common for this breed. Evidently, she was the best hunting dog as her owner left her )o: . But, she is a perfect pet (o; . She is 1-2 years old, 70 pounds and heartworm negative and on prevention and flea and tick prevention as well. She does have a little fine tuning to do on her inside manners as she can get a little nosey about snooping around for a treat. She loves water, get excited with the hose and loves to swim in the pond or in her kiddy pool. She can be very vocal at times when she is happy. She is very lovable and knows sit and stay commands. She is also crate trained but loves to run and play. She sleeps in at night and when it's hot and needs a nap. She did chase a cat up a tree but did not hurt him or try to. She also does NOT like the UPS truck as she is convinced it is a huge, angry dog. The also is not fond of the school bus as it tends to trespass on her road lol. She does love children and sees them as the perfect play partner. She would require a fenced yard for safe play and exercise. She is completely vetted and microchipped.
