About Baby girl

Lab / Pit Bull
Age: Young Puppy
Sex: Female

Meet Baby Girl !! This sweet puppy is the baby of our mini family. Her and her parent's were dumped off to live under a porch. Sadly all the pups but one her died from the elements. Baby Girl (the only surviving pup) Mom and Dad were caught and taken to a shelter where we were able to save all three. Thankfully they have been here recovering and are well on their way to the good life!! Pops and Ma have their own posts. Baby Girl is an approx 13 week old female. She weighs 20 pounds. Mom is a pitbull type and dad is a lab type mix. She will likely be a larger dog. Her parents are both over 60 pounds. She will be spayed, microchipped and up to date on vaccines as part of her adoption. Baby girl is a great little puppy. Very happy and fun. She loves going on outings and meeting people. She's very tolerant of being loved on by strangers. She does great with other dogs but has not yet been around cats. She's still young and could learn to get along with them given proper introductions and training. She's fabulous with kids. She enjoys chasing them around the yard and playing ball. Baby Girl does well in the car and is learning crate training and leash walking. She's currently still young and learning what not to chew on and where to go potty. She's a fun active puppy. Due to her breed mix we suspect she will become even more energetic as she gets older. She has not shown any aggression over toys, treats or food with people or other animals. Adopting a young puppy is a ton of work. They will have lots of potty accidents, chew things up etc. You will need to help them learn things like leash walking, crate training and basic manners. It can be a lot of work but the reward is a dog that fits well into your families lifestyle if you invest proper time on training with them. Please carefully consider the time and effort a puppy requires before adopting. DO NOT APPLY IF YOU RENT AND HAVENT ALREADY ASKED YOUR LANDLORD IF YOU CAN OWN A PITBULL TYPE BREED Unfortunately they are not allowed in most rental situations. Located in Hampton VA. (She will need to be adopted within a 1 hour drive radius) 'IF INTERESTED IN ADOPTING READ BELOW ' Please message VillageDogResource directly with questions or to get an application.
