About Leo

Leo has been with us for 3 years in what I expected to be a temporary situation. Now I'm moving in with someone (engaged) but she is not a dog person; also Leo has an aggressive disposition towards small animals-and she has a cat...So we need to find a home for Leo. Leo loves children and larger dogs. He likes to play chase. Only gets marginally interested in tennis balls. Loves tug of war, but he is very sly at it. He likes to let go so he can jump at you and grab it. He can wait in the kitchen while I hide 3 treats in the living room, and then sniff them out. He waits for me to get into my bed, and then jumps on. He likes to lean his weight against you. He has never been aggressive towards a person. If he sees people start to wrestle, or an adult pick up a child and start to swing it, he tries to jump in, get in between, even grab feet with his mouth to pull apart. Lazy around the house but active outside. Likes to give kisses. Can sense distress and give support.
