About Haley June

TIRED OF CITY LIVING SEEKING A NEW PACK TO ROLL WITH Haley June is an Australian Cattle Dog Mix looking to add a new family chapter to her life's journey. We rescued Haley when she was 7 months old from the Animal Humane Society. Today she is a spunky 4 year old flappy eared working dog with a big nose for chasing chipmunks and two unique dog barks for alerts. She is independent, energetic and treat driven. 'Junebug' has grown with our family and she is a changed dog since we first rescued her. We have been able to provide her with a solid start and we are committed to her happiness on her next doggy steps through life and re-homing. Haley is considered a reactive dog and our training together has ranged from books to group classes to private in-home sessions. She is good on a leash and with fundamental behaviors such as sit, stay, down, come, and wait. Our main training focus has been counter-conditioning and positive dog to dog socialization. She is picky with her dog friends and doesn't like to rush into relationships. Kinda like me ÝÙ÷ä We love this dog to death. She is happy, energetic, fun, playful, loving, chill, cuddly and everything in between. Unfortunately, she just isn't a match for our household anymore due to many unforeseen circumstances and it breaks our hearts that we won't be seeing how much of a better dog she will be in a better suited household.
