Apollo is a 7 year old lab mix. He is 75 pounds, neutered, up to date on all his vaccines and in good health. We adopted him in 2018 from a rescue in Tennessee but since our oldest son has become a toddler, it is clear that Apollo is more anxious and agitated. It has been a very difficult decision but we feel Apollo will be better with a family without young children. He does well with older kids and would make a great companion. He is house trained and does not need to be let out during the day so he is a good match for someone who can't care for their dog during the workday. He roams freely in our house and doesn't cause any issues. Apollo loves to walk but he is strong and he loves to play fetch so a home with a fenced yard would be perfect. Apollo is very loyal and loving and loves to snuggle with humans but he isn't always fond of other dogs. A home without other pets is ideal and his future owners should be cautious when introducing him to new friends.
