About Kaiden

This post is going out with a prayer !! Please somebody safe this beautiful sweet boy !!! KAIDEN A-99614 TIMESTAMPED to DIE this MONDAY April 25th DON'T LET THIS HAPPEN This Little dude KAIDEN makes me laugh!! KAIDEN is very vocal towards me when he sees me given treats to other dogs. FOR some reason, KAIDEN believes that I am going to skip over him!! Of course, I would never do that because he is such a pleasant and entertaining little guy!! When I first met KAIDEN I thought his vocalizing was because he was reactive but I quickly realized, he just wanted some attention and for certain as many treats as I would give him. KAIDEN is especially fond of my all BEEF HOT DOGS!! and his second fav is String Mozzarella Cheese. One of the nice things about KAIDEN is that after I am done giving him the treats, he will completely settle down and just listen to me talk to him!! I think people may misjudge little KAIDEN because he is so vocal when he is in the kennel but that is simply not his true personality!! PLEASE PLEASE SAVE KAIDEN!!! KAIDEN adores his treats, and his walks. I have not been able to walk Kaiden myself, but his volunteer handlers say he is an absolute DREAM DOGGIE when walking. He has a lot of good energy and would make the right person the perfect companion. KAIDEN must be the only dog, that's because in KAIDEN's little mind, he is the ONLY DOG you will ever need!! I call KAIDEN ' The Boss Man' because he likes to tell everyone walking by his kennel what they need to do. PAY ATTENTION to KAIDEN because is truly is a special and precious little fellow!!! KAIDEN wants to be with someone who will protect him. He doesn't want to he around a ton of people, he likes a more intimate setting!! And because he is so so SPECIAL KAIDEN NEEDS TO be adopted by an experienced dog person!! KAIDEN is probably best in an adult home or with older mature children. Kaiden is a good dog. He doesn't want to be your social butterfly. He wants to be yours. Unfortunately for Kaiden he is not a dog who a time stamp will help get him out. Please share for Kaiden. My bio for Kaiden: Kaiden is a wonderful, sweet dog. I know his owner surrender note sounds intimidating but he is such a love with so much love. He is the best leash walker in the shelter. He has excellent leash and listening skills. While he can be nervous, he has improved with me and shown more things make him happy then scare him. I've also pretty quickly noticed his quirks and how he responds to positivity when he feels intimidated or scared. Things that I thought would bother him, he passes like a rockstar - bikes, balloons, drive thru workers, adventuring hunting park and more. Kaiden loves long walks. He has a secret love for 'burying' treats. Sometimes his kibble is spilled trying to hide it. On a trip to McDonald's he was great in the car and loved hiding his fries in my back seat between eating them. He gave me lots of face kisses between looking out the window. Kaiden would do best in a low traffic home/someone who will respect that lots of people and new things can make him nervous. He doesn't want to be your social butterfly dog and would likely enjoy being kept somewhere cozy and quiet. I feel muzzle training would benefit Kaiden as a muzzled dog is a good dog and would help keep him safe if he lived in a more traffic'd environment. Kaiden does not like other animals and can at times be vocal but also can be calm. I have noted when other dogs are vocal towards him or jumpy in energy- he feeds on that energy passing. There have been other times where we have stood a 6 foot distance from dogs (talking to a volunteer, etc) and he stands at my side quietly kept close. Kaiden would benefit from someone who doesn't let him feel scared and when he does feel weak, is there to do the exact opposite for him.
