About Camila

Just a puppy herself at 12 months ���� this Mama dog arrived at the shelter full term; then spayed. Now Camila, Australian cattle dog, is at risk for losing her own life! Set to be euthanatized 4/20 ���� ot only is this young lady ���� scared and lonely in the strange shelter she is also dealing with the loss of her pups! Just imagine how ����confused she must be, her body had been preparing for pups and now they are gone! Camila has been too scared to come of her kennel on her own, she just wants to ����hide from the world! She did appear to enjoy a staff just sitting with her awhile, speaking softy trying to comfort her. Camilla got an Uber ride to the yard where she sat quietly and just took in the scenery. She was still too unsure of everything to get close for pets. She willingly�ٴ� climbed back in the cart for her ride back to her kennel. It can take time for a dog to adjust to shelter life. She needs time to come out of her shell and trust the staff. Sadly it's been ����9 days since her notes indicate she has had any further interaction or chance to get out of her kennel. This girl has been through enough already; she deserves a quiet adult home where she can feel safe and���� recover from her trauma. No dog evaluations were done, so not sure about other dogs, so she would need some time to heal her broken heart before meeting any other pets in the home. Can you foster her to save her life?
