She is also considered special needs and is a long term plucker. Future owner would need to be capable of providing attention and stimulation to Pookie. Current lifestle, well cared for but spends a majority of time on her cage due to lack of time for her and does not bond well with women. Perspective owners would need to be willing to meet and interact with bird prior to adoption. Comes with Cage, existing supplies, and stand.
