About Freya (Frida)

Freya (formerly Frida) is an active Husky puppy, about 1 year old, who loves to give hugs (as seen in the video from Peace, Love, and Pitbulls)and be the center of attention. She does well one on one with other dogs, and loves having a play mate (especially if they can keep up with her). She loves to be chased/play keep away, fetch, anything involving a ball, walks/hikes, and is learning how to play tug. She does have some resource-guarding issues from her past (mostly at her kennel), but has been improving and working on training that to go away. She also has Free Training! to her furever parents from Peace, Love, and Pitbulls (PLP), and thanks to the Forgotten Dogs Animal Rescue (LV). She has been fostered at multi-dog homes, and plays with her foster siblings and adult humans. Has not really had any chance to interact with kids. She is kennel trained and potty trained; does very well if needed to stay in kennel for a few hours at a time, and is both food and toy motivated.
