About Steve

Who is your favorite famous Steve? Let us know in the comments! Our boy Steve is ready to find a foster or adoptive home! He is currently in our boarding facility waiting to find a home he can finally settle in and show off his true personality! Steve is a pretty typical 3 Yr goofy boy. He can be wiggly and playful when he first gets out in the yard, but quickly settles down for attention and pets. He has done well playing with other dogs here, so we can set up a meet with your current dogs! Steve does take treats gently, but we don't know how he'd do around kids just yet. Steve can be a little growly when he gets nervous and it's clear that no one has ever taught him to walk on a leash. We are working to improve his basic training skills and Steve's already learned Sit, Down, and Kennel. He is a strong boy and needs a home to continue his training to set him up for success. Steve isn't a hyper young pup anymore, but still an active boy full of life. He would be perfect in a home either by himself or with another dog to just be a part of the family!
