Hello, I'm looking to rehome my ~2 year old husky-pit/cattle dog mix, Omelet. She is ultra-smart and athletic, and very sweet at home with my fiance and I. We got her when she was just 3 months old and quickly realized she was a challenging dog, and that's she's extremely fearful/suspicious of strangers coming into the home, which has led to a serious bite incident. We've been working with a well-regarded trainer since we got her and she has come such a long, long way. Unfortunately for us, she's really much suited to a quieter home with fewer people coming and going. It causes both us and her a lot of stress. We've stopped having people over entirely, which isn't a long-term solution for our family. She's crate-trained, walks great on a leash, can run beside a bicycle, and holy moly can she rock-climb! If you're looking for a project and amazing adventure buddy, Omelet could be just right for you.
