He needs a very special home as he can't use his back legs and won't use a wheelchair. He just freezes and won't move if he is in one. Benny is a special boy and will require a special adopter. He is about 6 years old, 20lbs, current on vaccines, and neutered. Good with kids, dogs, and probably cats. He walks as good as he can and foster uses booties when he goes outside.
