About Ruby

Hello my name is Ruby and I am a loyal little pocket pit mix. My rescue people and foster mom doesn't know much about my past since I was just dumped in a parking lot like a piece of trash. My foster mom seen them dump me and she came right over and put me in her car so I would be safe and called my rescue. Unfortunately my doctor can't determine my age due to my teeth being compacted or files down so low. I wish I could talk to tell my people what happened to them but I can't so they said I' definitely wasn't treated like I should have been treated. I am such a good girl with a loving heart and people friendly once I get to know you. I went to a new home and was so scared because of the new people and surroundings, it did not work out. I am still a little scared at times but I'm coming out of my shell foster now said. I enjoy walks on a leash, sunbathing in the yard, and just being close to someone. I am a big cuddler and I'm also crate trained. I become very agitated when approached by larger animals, especially during my meal times so I need to be fed separate from everyone or put in my crate to eat so I feel safe and nobody will take my food. My crate is my safe haven. An ideal home for me would be with a smaller dog or as an only pet. I would benefit from someone who is active as well. Please share me to find my new home. Love Ruby
