About Kobe

Kobe is a loving, sweet, and extremely smart 4 year old 8 lb morkie (maltese/yorkie mix) who came to our rescue from an abusive home last year. He was adopted by a sweet couple who loved him dearly. However, after a few months with his new family Kobe became very attached and protective of his new mom and began showing aggression towards the husband. So Kobe came back to our rescue to again look for his perfect furever home. A nice family applied to adopt Kobe and assured us they are 'experienced with behavioral issues and can handle his rehabilitation', so they were approved to adopt him. Sadly, they have now decided to surrender him back to us due to him 'attacking the husband '. Kobe is a very sweet boy who loves lap time and cuddles. But he hates men. Period. He will require an experienced FEMALE dog owner who understands his needs and has capability to address his behavioral issues when or if they recur. Kobe will need to be monitored closely and will require a lot of love, patience, and possibly behavior modification training to help him overcome his past trauma. Kobe has been neutered and is utd on his vaccines. Kobe needs to be the only pet.
