About Dottie

Bio Age: Roughly 9 years old I adopted her in Jan 2018. She is such a loving dog and wants to cuddle at all times. If she's not curled up on the couch she prefers to suntan or lay in her crate. She is crate trained and potty trained. She gets along well with other dogs but does not do well with cats. She is also great with kids. She does great with taking baths. Dottie was used for breeding her whole life. We think that her precious owner dumped her once she wasn't able to produce any more pups. She is a well behaved dog and has great manners. Medical History: She is up to date on all shots, heartworm and flea medication. In 2019 my vet found breast cancer which was removed. Just a few months ago they found more but were able to remove them. Behavior Issues: She does not do good with cats (but does do good with small dogs). Dottie does not like to be left outside of her cage when we leave our house. She gets anxious and will pee. She does completely fine in her crate when we are gone. Her crate is her safe place for sure.
