Please read before you apply. �'ۢ Dodger entered MHCR's care a few months back after being hit by a car AND being heartworm positive. Before we could address the trauma to his hip, doctors insisted he be treated for heartworms. Upon completion of his HW treatment, his hip was revisited with the determination that his body had made adjustments and that no surgical intervention was warranted at this time. Please keep reading. �'ۢ Dodge is a man with a plan. He knows what he wants and he's not afraid to ask for it. This little dude isn't a lazy lap dog. He's got places to go and people to meet. In his mind, he's 100 lbs instantly upon meeting a new, male, dog. But he does turn on the charm for the ladies and very much desires a home with a small, playful, lady friend. He also very much enjoys running laps in his backyard and bouncing to and fro. So, a fenced in yard is an absolute must have. While Dodger has pretty on point house manners, he will occasionally mark, so his forever family should be willing to accept that part of life with a small, handsome, man. �'ۢ OK.
